Steven J. Overly, CPA, CVA (soverly@atcogb.com)

Steve is a 1975 graduate of Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in public accounting. He holds CPA certificates in Michigan and Wisconsin and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Steve is presently in his 36th consecutive year of public accounting. Steve has had extensive experience in federal and state income, sales, inheritance and other tax matters; business valuations, litigation support and real estate.

Conrad J. Schumitsch, MBA, CPA (cschumitsch@atcogb.com)

Conrad is a 1976 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a BBA degree in accounting. He is also a 1993 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with an MBA degree. He holds a CPA certificate in Wisconsin and is currently a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Conrad has over 30 years of public accounting experience. His vast experience includes supervising business and non-profit audits, preparation of federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals. He also has extensive experience in small business accounting, tax planning, and management consulting.

Steve is a 1981 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a BBA in accounting. He holds a CPA certificate in Wisconsin and is currently a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steve has 27 years of public accounting experience and 2 years as a controller of a health clinic. His experience includes federal, state and estate taxation, small business consulting and financial planning.

Lora Vandevoorde, CPA (lvandevoorde@atcogb.com)

Lora is a 2005 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, with a Bachelor Degree in accounting and minors in business administration and economics. Lora holds a CPA certificate in Wisconsin and is currently a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is experienced in auditing, payroll, and small business accounting.

Ben is a 2007 graduate of St. Norbert College, with a Bachelor degree in accounting. Ben has 5 years of public accounting experience. His experience includes performing business, non-profit and benefit plan audits, financial statement preparation, Federal and State taxation of businesses and individuals, small business accounting and tax planning.

Virginia M. Borowski, MBA (vborowski@atcogb.com)

Virginia received her Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1988 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1973. She has over 20 years experience as a tax specialist in Federal and State taxation of individuals and corporations. Her other areas of focus are Estate tax reporting, tax for tax exempt organizations and private foundations, as well as a background in Utility Accounting from her years with Wisconsin Public Service Corporation.

Cindy H. Randall, CPP (crandall@atcogb.com)

The American Payroll Association awarded Cindy the designation “Certified Payroll Professional” in the fall of 2000. She is an active member of the Northeast Wisconsin Payroll Association and has conducted several study groups for individuals preparing to take the CPP examination. In 2010, Cindy was one of the speakers at the Statewide Convention. She also presented the Year-End Payroll Update at Anderson Tackman & Company’s Year-End Seminar. In addition to providing payroll related services to our clients, Cindy has used her 20+ years of experience by providing 401k audits, monthly accounting services, and individual income tax preparation.

Becky is a 1998 honors graduate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, with an associate accounting degree. Becky has 11 years of experience in both public and private accounting. She is experienced in both payroll and small business accounting and is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor.
